We have a terrible situation in our public school system with discipline and many parents deny that Little Johnny will never misbehave in class. Teacher after teacher tells me that coffee shops throughout the United States go through this situation again and again with parents at parent-teacher conferences to go to his son and his progress in school.
In fact, in many U.S. school districts we find that new teachers who will work will be there less than five years and quit. The dropout rate is 50% of new teachers leave within five years. The rest is left and the old have more longevity, but also quit and retire and in areas of rapid expansion that we see the problems of not enough teachers and substitutes can not even build schools fast enough. So what is happening
The classrooms are obviously getting bigger to take over, but at some point the children who are rebellious to prevent the teaching of the event and then it is a question of child care rather than teaching. The discipline may not be otherwise, the teacher could be sued. What is the answer Some psychological experts recommend school uniforms to help the children’s behavior, but admit that a contact will help, but it is the only answer. Consider all this in 2006.
